Payment Outright

Ladies clothing and accessories that we have experience with and know they will sell, we will buy outright for 30% of the sales price.

Designer purses we will buy outright for 50% of the sales price. We will pay 60% if the customer will consign the purse.

Consignment

Ladies clothing that is consigned, sales price $40 and under customer receives 40% of the sales price, 50% if the sales price is greater than $40.

Mens clothing will be consigned, sales price $40 and under customer receives 40% of the sales price, 50% if the sales price is greater than $40.

Household items will be consigned, sales price $40 and under customer receives 40% of the sales price, 50% if the sales price is greater than $40.

Designer purses that are consigned, customer receives 50% of the sales price.

Sales price on consigned items may be slightly higher than a price placed on an item purchased outright. Items will be priced at the beginning sales price for 30 days, then reduced 25% for 30 days and then 50% for 30 days. At that time, the customer retrieves their items or forfeits them. At that time they may be placed on our for $1.99 rack or donated to charity.

30 days at sales price = 40% to customer

Next 30 days, Sales price - 25% = 40% of reduced price to customer

Next 30 days, Price reduced additional 25% = 40% of second reduced price to customer

Customer picks up items not sold within 90 days. Items customer designated "donate if not sold" will either go on our $1.99 rack or donated. Items customer wants back if not sold will be helf for 7 days for customer to pick up, after that customerr forfeits items to store.
